On A Perfect Michigan Day
The weather was amazing for the Felt Estate Holland Michigan Wedding! Cory Weber Photography has the honor of photographing some of the most stunning weddings in Michigan. The estate, with its rich history and lovely surroundings, was the perfect place for this charming Felt Mansion wedding. And, I am so excited that it was published in The Knot Michigan 2016 Fall/Winter issue!
Preparing For An Elegant Evening
First, I captured Mary getting ready. I could feel the love and excitement in the room. The bride, with friends and family, looked stunning in her gown. The bouquets, with beautiful fall colors, added a unique touch.
Next, I took portraits in the estate’s study. Nic, and his groomsmen, gave a sense of old-world refinement. He wore a well tailored blue suit and white tie. As a result, these are truly timeless and iconic photographs.
Celebration of Love
The ceremony was breathtaking. In front of the estate, with its stunning architecture and lush greenery. One of my favorite moments, the couple’s ceremony exit while guests toss rice and cheer them on.
After the ceremony, everyone enjoyed cocktail hour. We captured some beautiful bridal party photos. But, the real magic happened at golden hour. At this time, the newly weds shared an intimate photo shoot. Trees, standing pools, manicured lawns, and tall grasses all covered in golden light.
The natural beauty of the surroundings, and the sophisticated feel of the estate, create an elevated charm. Overall, Mary and Nic’s Felt Mansion Wedding is one of the most elegant and timeless weddings I’ve had the pleasure of capturing. Attention to detail, beautiful surroundings, and, above all, the love between this couple, made for an incredible day that I will never forget.
